Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact us at support@aijobpilot.co if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

Using the service and automated applications

AI JobPilot helps you organize a job search, find roles, prepare application materials, and use supported workflows to submit applications. You control the profile information, preferences, and actions you authorize. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy and suitability of your information and materials before they are submitted.

Only use the service with information and accounts you are authorized to use. Do not submit false or misleading information, violate applicable laws, interfere with the service, or use automation in a way that violates the rules of a job site or other third-party service. A job site may limit or reject automated access or applications, change its systems, or restrict your account.

AI-generated or tailored content can be incomplete or inaccurate. AI JobPilot does not make hiring decisions and cannot guarantee that an application will be delivered, reviewed, or result in an interview or job offer.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in information and materials you provide. You give AI JobPilot permission to host, process, adapt, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the features you use, fulfill your requests, and maintain the service. This includes sending application information to the job site or employer you choose.

Connected accounts

You may connect a Google account so AI JobPilot can read events in your primary Google Calendar (read-only) and show interviews alongside your applications, or connect a Microsoft Outlook account or forward job-site emails so AI JobPilot can complete application steps you start, such as entering a verification code. AI JobPilot does not request access to Gmail. Connecting an account is optional, and you can disconnect it in your profile settings or revoke access in your Google or Microsoft account at any time. How connected-account data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Credits, prices, and payments

Some features use credits or incur charges. The applicable price, credit amount, and any time-based pricing adjustment will be shown in the service. Review the amount before confirming a purchase or application. Payment and transaction activity may also be subject to the terms of the payment network or provider you use.

Third-party services

Job boards, employers, email and calendar providers, payment networks, and other linked services are operated by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. AI JobPilot is not responsible for their availability, decisions, content, or policies.

Availability and changes

We may update, pause, or discontinue features and may schedule maintenance. We work to keep AI JobPilot available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service, users, or third parties, or to address misuse.

Disclaimers and limits

AI JobPilot is a tool to assist with your job search; it is not an employment agency, recruiter, or legal adviser. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular employment result. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated version and effective date will appear on this page. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another process.
